Trip Overview of 10 Days Kailash Mansarovar Yatra Lowest Cost

Mount Kailash Budget tour is exclusively deigned for those FIT (Free Individual Travelers) looking for short and budgetary trip to Mont Kailash. This is even more suitable for those bag packers holding European or Australian or Singaporean or Malaysian passport.

These countries do not need a Tibet visa to travel Mount Kailash. They just need travel permits which we will apply with a passport copy that means you can arrive in Kathmandu one day before the trip departure.

The journey begins in Kathmandu and continue to Kerung boarder. After a night of rest in Kerung we continue to Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar exploring the amazing views of the Himalayan ranges, Tibetan culture and their lifestyles. See the wonderful landscape, beautiful views of Manasarovar and Rakshas lakes which represent the force of light and darkness respectively.

Manasarovar Lake is smooth, bright and associated with goodness while Rakshas Lake is dark and often fascinatingly stormy as an unpredictable contrast to the area’s purity.

Most of the Buddhist and Hindu devotees including western people are willing to make the circuit of holy Mt. Kailash to add another element to their good karma. It is believed that single Parikarma deletes the accumulated sins of a lifetime, while 108 circumbulation will achieve salvation and Nirvana.

Mt. Kailash means precious mountain and its associated Lake Mansarovar could be considered the most sacred place on earth. The best time to visit is from May to September.

We have been leading memorable, motivating and environmentally sensitive Kailash tour supported by professional guides and experienced drivers in the spirit of creating a win – win team that benefits everyone since many years. Joining on Mount Kailash tour with us means to be in safe hands for success.

Insurance

We recommend that all clients obtain proper medical and travel insurance prior to the trip. Make sure travel insurance includes emergency and rescue coverage.

Altitude Sickness

Altitude is a major factor on all of our Tibet tours. We often reach altitudes of over 5000m.This can have mild or severe affects on the body no matter what your level of health. Symptoms can include headache, dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, and difficulty sleeping. The best way to prevent this is to stay extremely hydrated and conscious of how your body is functioning. We also have rest days to help the body acclimatize. Diamox is a prescription altitude medication (consult your doctor) that can help prevent symptoms. We also carry oxygen tanks and portable altitude chambers. Be sure each of you is traveling on your own risk. It’s recommended to have a file with your medical history on this type of trip with recent medical report.

Physical Fitness

Although most of the trip will be done in vehicles, it is important that clients be in relatively good health. The trek around Kailash requires some demanding hiking and altitude can take a physical challenge on the body. We suggest clients start an exercise routine prior to the trip that includes hiking or jogging for a least an hour 3-4 days a week. If you have any concerns about the physical demands of the trip feel free to contact us please .If you have any chronic health problems please consult your doctor.
